What changed in this PR
This automated OneLocBuild check-in updates PowerShell console resources and Microsoft Store listings across 13 locales.
Changes:
- Removes three update-notification strings from each localized console resource file.
- Moves the Store version placeholder from release notes into descriptions.
- Replaces localized Store descriptions and changelog labels with English text.
