Impact

Tooling Impact
Updates Microsoft.PowerShell.Native from 700.0.1 to 700.0.2 so the release uses the latest native package.
Customer Impact
Ensures WinRM remote sessions receive the expected up-to-date trusted platform assembly list.

Testing
The original change adds a remoting test that compares the local trusted platform assembly list with the WinRM remote-session list and verifies the two intentionally excluded assemblies. The backport cherry-picked cleanly onto release/v7.6.7, and the resulting worktree is clean.
