We do not accept implementations using the leagazy format anymore. Please use chibi implementations.

Move the AnimesFHD page support to the current ChibiScript interface and keep the PR focused on the site implementation.

- Read the episode title from the document title, which keeps the
season ("X — 2ª temporada"); #episode-meta loses it after hydration.
- Convert "Nª temporada" / "Temporada N" to "Season N" and drop the
suffix for the first season.
- Overview: use the English alternative title only for series without
a season, since it always belongs to the first season.
- Wait until the rendered content matches the url. Switching season in
the player or series page changes the url ~3s before the content.
- Re-register the page in pages.ts (lost in the master merge) and keep
src/pages/list.json identical to upstream.
- Update tests: the old test series no longer exists.

Add a purple outline around the highlighted episode thumbnail. Tested locally after rebuilding the extension, including switching seasons.
