Optional step after the welcome screen for returning users to import a MAL-Sync backup file. Shows backup date and item count before committing. On success, skips the rest of the wizard and navigates directly to the PWA — no need to re-configure what is already in the backup. Note: depends on the BackupManager utility introduced in the Backup & Restore settings PR.
