How I work

Scope first. I define the MVP, success metrics, and milestones before writing anything.
Payments done right. Stripe + Apple Pay with server-side verification, tested in sandbox before it touches production.
Real-time by default. Firestore snapshots, batched writes, offline-friendly from day one.
Clean handoff. CI pipeline, staging preview, test suite, docs the next person can actually read.

If something changes mid-project, I flag it early.
