Make the entry preview tooltip display duration configurable #17502

Description

@lucagiardinilg-stack

I use JabRef 5.15 on Kubuntu Linux with KDE Plasma.
When hovering the mouse cursor over an entry in the main table, JabRef displays a tooltip containing the formatted bibliographic reference, keywords, and abstract. The content follows the preview layout configured in the Entry Editor.
This is a very useful feature, as it allows me to inspect bibliographic records without opening the Entry Editor. However, the tooltip disappears after a short time, which makes it difficult to read longer abstracts.
I would like to suggest adding a user-configurable tooltip display duration, ideally through a preference setting. Alternatively, the tooltip could remain visible while the mouse cursor stays over the entry, disappearing only when the cursor moves away.
This would make the feature considerably more useful when working with large bibliographic databases and long abstracts.
