This is an internal Image Engine tag based on the dev branch from qLib. Since they aren't tagging things anymore, we've decided to make our own tags... I went with a hybrid numbering system. "0.2" is the last tag that actually exists on the dev branch, and the "-ie0.0.0" suffix shows each time we've made our own tags since then. We're not really contributing to the project or adding commits, just pulling from qLib and re-tagging and releasing.
