Refs AND-1639

The AI components moving into this repo need LocalActivity and the public PickVisualMediaRequest constructor, both added in androidx.activity 1.10.

Implementation

androidxActivityCompose and androidxActivityKtx 1.9.3 → 1.10.1. No source changes.
