Compiling and Packaging:

1. Install the Java JDK, links: here or here
2. Double-click compile-jar.bat or compile-jar.sh to make FOBT.jar

Use:

This is a cmd/terminal program. It does not have a GUI.

For English instructions, simply enter java -jar FOBT.jar
