FastLED 3.10.8 release candidate

This patch release restores ordinary C library and standard algorithm calls on FastLED pixel types (#4827), preserves the qualified fl::sort and fl::move APIs, and ships the PCH, ESP32, board, and build fixes summarized in release_notes.md.

The source behavior change for bare calls that found FastLED generic algorithms only through ADL is called out in the notes. The library version, displayed version, Arduino/PlatformIO manifests, Doxygen version, and notes all agree on 3.10.8. bash release check --releasing passes.

ci-full is required before merge. Merging the PR makes the new version visible to the package registry crawler; it does not itself tag or publish the GitHub release. After merge, dispatch the exact-SHA full release sweep, run release.yml with dry_run=true, then run it with dry_run=false only after the evidence gate passes.
