…ed strings through labels Some strings in the prebuilt chat bypassed the labels config and stayed in English: the reasoning header's "Thinking…", and the names of the attachment remove and play buttons, the preview close button, the slash-command menu and its empty state, the modal header close and threads buttons, and the sidebar. Add a label for each, with the current English text as the default. The reasoning header slot (React and Vue) also receives elapsedSeconds, so an app can build its own localized "Thought for …" text; the default stays as it is. Angular gets the reasoning and attachment labels it uses.

The label cases mirror React's CopilotChat.labels.test.tsx, so they follow PARITY.md: one template host instead of an h(...) harness, and @testing-library/vue role and text queries instead of wrapper.get/find.
…ew labels Describe where each relabelled string comes from: the composer and its slash-command menu, the attachment queue, video preview and lightbox, the reasoning message and its header label, the sidebar and the header close button, plus the helpers in the React label tests.

What does this PR do?
Routes the prebuilt chat's remaining hard-coded strings through the
labelsconfig, so apps can translate them.reasoningMessageThinkingLabelchatInputSlashMenuLabelchatInputSlashMenuEmptyTextattachmentRemoveButtonLabelattachmentPlayVideoButtonLabelattachmentPreviewCloseButtonLabelmodalHeaderCloseButtonLabelmodalHeaderThreadsButtonLabelsidebarLabel"Thought for N seconds" carries a number and plural rules, which a plain string label can't express. Its English default stays as it is. The reasoning header slot now also receives
elapsedSeconds(React; Vue'sheaderandlayoutslots), so an app can render its own text with correct plurals:The change is additive: same English defaults, and no visual change unless an app sets the new labels. The reference pages for
