Cloud sign-up links were removed from docs landing page, quickstart, and integration quickstarts during the Jan/Feb 2026 rebranding. This restores them: Cloud card on the docs index, "Start from Copilot Cloud" on the quickstart page, and Cloud alternative callouts + snippets on the built-in-agent and LangGraph quickstarts.
