Adds a table view that you can toggle into from evaluations pages.

I guess this fixes #128 too.

Looks good to me. It feels weird to only leave nitpick-y feedback, but I guess that means that you did a good job on the changes. 👍

I'm not really sure which block this is supposed to align to? (I want to say <div class="row mobile-hide">)

To clarify I mean the block under line 11, I'm not sure why GitHub's preview is showing the lines above.
