The cancellation dialog now asks for a reason, may show a one-time retention offer, and confirms with Cancel my plan / Keep my plan (ComfyUI_frontend #19671). Update the labels and steps in all four languages. Co-authored-by: Daxiong (Lin) <comfyui-wiki@users.noreply.github.com>

Summary
The Cloud cancellation flow replaced the old Churnkey dialog with a Comfy-owned one that steps through a reason survey, an optional retention offer, and a confirmation. The support page still quoted the old confirmation labels.
