…ces/client` Move the existing ClickHouse Client documentation from `/interfaces/cli` to `/interfaces/client`, and create a new `/interfaces/cli` page for `clickhousectl`, the new CLI for ClickHouse local and cloud management. Update all internal links across docs and docker READMEs that referenced the old `/interfaces/cli` path to point to `/interfaces/client`.
