v0.5.0

Live, not polled, and the bugs that came out of reading the daemon properly.

The bridge follows the daemon's own broadcasts into a store, so the session list
costs it nothing and a finished turn reaches the phone in about a second over an
event stream. Ten session-list requests now make two daemon calls, and both are
the tmux pair; each request used to make its own.

A transcript is read once and topped up with squab's --since after that, instead
of moving 5.2 MB per poll for a session the phone reads 40 messages of.

Six sockets replace one under a mutex, so a slow branch diff no longer holds the
session list for 30 seconds. A reply now has to be about the session the request
named: the daemon broadcasts session:updated from 43 places, so stopping one
session used to report another one's status.

The phone can answer an agent's own permission prompt by typing the number it
drew, send it a screenshot, start a session from a saved prompt, and keep
showing the last list it had, stamped with the time, when the Mac is asleep.

56 tests, up from 28.

v0.4.0

Compliance with Xirp 0.22.0, and the bugs that reading it found.

The bridge now reads the typed error frames Xirp actually sends, so a deleted
worktree, a refused agent swap and an unreadable file say what went wrong
instead of timing out. A timed-out request is no longer sent a second time.
Notifications fire on the daemon's status, which is where a turn
lands when nobody is at the desk, and which sent nothing before.

The session screen is one card instead of five stacked blocks, the icons are
drawn rather than typed, context use is a ring and a meter, and the prompts you
save in Xirp on the desktop are one tap from the composer.

The repo also has its first tests: 28, against a fake daemon.

v0.3.1

Serves /.well-known/assetlinks.json from its config directory, so an Android wrapper can
verify the origin without a web server in front.

Sends noindex and serves robots.txt, so an instance reachable through a tunnel does not
end up in a search index.

v0.3.0

Restore sessions after Xirp restarts, from the phone.
Rename a session, or ask the agent to retitle it.
Read a whole file from a session's checkout.
Streamed replies no longer wait out their timeout when the daemon is broadcasting.

v0.2.0

v0.2.0

Diff review: changed files per session, uncommitted and branch-vs-base, with a rendered
unified diff and the branch's PR.

Fork a conversation, or hand a session to another agent.

Web Push: notified when an agent finishes, fails, or wants an answer, with the app closed.

Interface selection: xirp-remote interfaces, --interface and --bind, and the bound address
is what the pairing QR advertises.

Diagnostics: daemon, tmux, database load, modules, and the daemon's log.

v0.1.0 — first release

Machines, projects, sessions; chat / full transcript / live tmux pane; search; create
with a model picker; git state and recent commits; QR pairing with an access key;
diagnostics; installable PWA.

macOS only, and it needs the Xirp app running.
