1puni

Cookie's deeply unreasonable company. Big ideas. Small-ish boat. The office has a bilge.
README.md

1puni. A company in the first person. I am an organisation. Nike, a 90-year-old two-masted sailing boat with rust-red sails and a drill at the helm, under a corporate sign reading ‘1puni global headquarters, room for expansion’.

A company in the first person.
Intelligence gets room to think. The machinery has to justify itself.

The headcount is settled. The scope is another matter.

GuruGee · Steward Harness · OpenHelm · Cartography · Mac screensaver · Bathy · Crosstrees · Drill autopilot · Overprint · GG Glance · ALLMÄNNINGEN

The organisation: GuruGee and Steward Harness. GG is the voice; Steward is the workshop.

GG is the voice. Steward is the workshop.
GuruGee explores voice, memory and the awkward question. Steward Harness controls what the intelligence may change — and what counts as done.

GuruGee. You have ideas. GG has questions. An anti-assistant for a brain with too many tabs open. Private research preview. Steward Harness. “I’ll get back to it” is not an operating system. Intent, work, check, prove it. MIT, pre-1.0.

The projects. Every poster links to its project.

OpenHelm. The sea doesn’t give a shit about your roadmap. A chart plotter, built from the cockpit. Closed beta — request access. Cartography. The glacier left the bath running. 3D table-top sea charts of Malma Kvarn and Fjäderholmarna, built from open data. OpenHelm Lighthouses. Your Mac has gone sailing. Tynningö and Alcatraz chart screensavers for macOS 14+, Apple Silicon and Intel. Pre-release, not notarised. Bathy. Below the boat. Above board. A Swedish commons for bathymetric source data, with a paper trail. Crosstrees and India. A boat is a thousand arguments. Vessel knowledge, hull form and rigging in a modelling workbench. Presentation open, desk by invitation. Drill autopilot. Our helmsman came from the power-tool aisle. Previous role: holes. Current role: heading. Marine certification: absolutely not. Overprint. One beginning. Ten wild turns. Comics none of us could make alone. Concept demo — the co-creation platform is looking for its first co-authors. GG Glance. Your project. Eyebrow raised. A verdict desk for ideas and architectural messes. Paid inquiry. ALLMÄNNINGEN. An idea needs a body. Our contribution: visuals, voice and content.

Occasionally, we go ashore. Collaborations.

nsnodes: a gathering point for network societies. Borders: under discussion. llmpsych: AI psychological safety. How did that chat feel?

Original Creation · Previous 1puni work · 2025–August 2026.
Show your workings. Product-provenance and compliance-pipeline engineering, informed by the EU’s direction on Digital Product Passports. Less magic. More evidence. Engineering work, not a certification or a guarantee of compliance.

ALLMÄNNINGEN proposes replacing Sweden’s government with commonly owned intelligence — a political proposal, not a system in office.
1puni’s contribution is the audiovisuals: visuals, voice and content.

The crew. Org chart, such as it is.

A preview is a preview: statuses on the posters are the honest ones from 1puni.com. Illustrations are illustrations. Fictional waters, please don’t navigate them.
