Xinyu Wei (a.k.a. trustywolf) is a university student from mainland China. He is now studying abroad in Kanagawa, Japan. He is also a former #CiscoNetAcad student, where he started to know how the real Internet works.

In order to learn more about how the Internet is designed, constructed and operated, he founded the Wolf Network Lab. After moving to Japan, he started operating a BGP network with Autonomous System(AS) number 205603.
