Gnuplot Version 5.2 Patchlevel 4  (June 2018)

Version 5.2.4 is an incremental release in the stable 5.2 series.
It fixes two regressions present in 5.2.3

1) certain order of operations could cause logscale coordinates
   to all act as UNDEFINED  (5.2.3 only)
2) the "refresh" command failed to handle some plot styles,
   notably 3D vectors, sometimes causing program failure.
   (5.2.0 through 5.2.3)

Development continues in the main source repository as version 5.3
