Fast, free software for clinicians to manage patients with hypertension & diabetes.
Simple is designed to support large-scale hypertension and diabetes management programs. The app has been used in India, Bangladesh, Ethiopia, Sri Lanka, and Myanmar to manage almost 7 million patients with hypertension and diabetes.
Healthcare workers record every patient's visit in an app, managers receive daily reports to monitor progress, and patients can chart their own BPs and blood sugars.
