Fixes #1716 by preserving nested nullness annotations from
extendsandimplementsclauses when computing supertypes and inherited member types.The previous implementation tracked only direct annotations on type variables, so annotations nested in types such as
MyFuture<List<@Nullable V>>were lost. This replaces that mapping with annotation-preserving supertype reconstruction and adds test coverage for inherited members, multi-level inheritance, enclosing generics, and raw types. This change is actually about equally complex to what we had before, since we can simplify and remove some code.Summary by CodeRabbit
