Hello!
First of all, thank you for all the work you put into this library. It has become a critical dependency for many projects in the Home Assistant and smart home ecosystem.
I was wondering if it would be possible to release a new version soon. Several integrations and applications relying on py-kasa are currently affected by SSL issues that were fixed back in February, but those fixes have not yet made it into an official release.
I completely understand that maintaining an open source project takes time and energy, and releases are not always straightforward. Still, there are quite a few users eagerly waiting for these fixes, so a new release would be greatly appreciated.
If there is anything the community can do to help, whether it is testing release candidates, improving documentation, or assisting with the release process itself, please let us know. I'm sure many of us would be happy to contribute in any way we can.
Thanks again for maintaining py-kasa and for all the work you've done so far!
