Looks like you're using another plugin for lsp diagnostics: <cmd>Lspsaga hover_doc<CR> (line 90) can you try replacing this with the normal LSP function? <cmd>lua vim.lsp.buf.hover()<CR>
Maybe it expects some kind of return value the language server doesn't have.

I tried replacing Lspsaga hover_doc with the standard vim.lsp.buf.hover(), but the issue persists. The 'No information available' message still appears alongside the correct hover information.

Found the problem, for the php file type you have two language servers running. phpactor and the html language server. If you disable that for php, then you only get one diagnostic.

That was it! Disabling the HTML language server for PHP solved the issue. Thanks a ton for taking the time to help me figure this out. I really appreciate it!
