hmm it's jumps into _ide_helpers.php .. even if I have: use Illuminate\Testing\TestResponse; /** @noinspection PhpUndefinedClassInspection */

yes, this is a known issue with phpactor/larvel helpers. phpactor doesn't "merge" the stubs
