  1. Fix hwcrypto/sha.h compatibility issue with modern ESP-IDF 

    Replace deprecated hwcrypto/sha.h with mbedtls/sha1.h for better
compatibility with ESP-IDF v4.3+. Updated esp_sha() call to use
mbedtls_sha1() for WebSocket handshake hash computation.

This resolves compilation errors on newer Arduino-ESP32 framework
versions while maintaining hardware-accelerated SHA when enabled.
