  3. Update build pipeline to use Maven Central for publishing 

    Switched from OSSRH to Maven Central in build.yml and pom.xml, replacing plugins and updating configurations accordingly. Added `.gitignore` entry for Excel exporter files.

  7. Add <name> elements to modules and update dependencies 

    Added `<name>` tags to provide clear module identification. Updated `logback-classic` dependency to version `1.5.22` and adjusted dependency scopes. Removed commented-out JAXB dependency.
