Answers & Verification
MailDX answers strictly from your company's uploaded documents. Every factual claim in an AI draft must pass an entailment check and cite explicit source chunks [S1], [S2]. If the evidence runs out, MailDX never invents policies or prices—it escalates to a human agent.
By default, MailDX operates in Review Mode: drafts are staged for your support team to approve, tweak, or reject. Auto Mode is an opt-in setting that only auto-sends replies when AI confidence exceeds your threshold and zero sensitive topics (billing, legal, refunds) are detected.
Never. We enforce enterprise zero-retention agreements. Your customer emails, internal manuals, and support conversations are never used to train, retrain, or fine-tune public foundation models. Data in transit is encrypted via TLS 1.3.
Every tenant is isolated at the database layer using PostgreSQL Row-Level Security (RLS) with transactional tenant context verification (app.company_id). Vector embeddings are scoped within SQL queries, preventing cross-tenant leakage.
MailDX integrates directly with Resend. You configure MX/forwarding records for your domain (e.g. support@yourcompany.com). Inbound emails arrive via cryptographically verified webhooks, and replies route through authenticated DKIM/SPF channels.
Yes. MailDX provides native Data Principal Rights tools under DPDP Act 2023 and GDPR. Customers can request complete JSON data exports or irreversible cryptographic erasures via their workspace settings or by emailing privacy@maildx.dev.
