About Me

Hi! I am Jose L. SALAZAR, a PhD student and software engineer specialising in machine learning. I live in Seville, where I am finishing my PhD thesis at the University of Seville about Vision and Crowdsensing Technology for an Optimal Response in Physical-Security. I have learned a lot about data extraction, intelligent analysis, supervised and semi-supervised learning with large amounts of data, relational and non-relational databases and natural language processing, and implementation and improvement of state-of-the-art models in research.

In the short term, understanding the short term from now to early 2023, I will finish my PhD thesis at the University of Seville.

In the medium term, understanding the medium term as 2023, I would like to collaborate on large projects where I can help, with the knowledge acquired during my PhD, to change people’s security.

In the long term, I want to help advance society with Machine Learning and significantly change people’s lives.
