Sarah asked about prices on your website chat at 9:40 last night. I answered and took her email. Here’s a follow-up. Shall I send it?
Email to Sarah

Hi Sarah, thanks for asking last night. Our prices start from £45, and I can fit you in on Thursday or Friday. Would either suit you?

Yes, send it.
Sent. Sarah is in your Pipeline as a new lead.
Everything it does

One team. The whole job.

Not an answering service. A floor of AI staff with the tools of a real office, run by a manager you talk to. Every line below is live in the product today.

Win customers

So enquiries turn into work instead of going cold.

  • Every enquiry answered within minutes, as your business, with a time they can book
  • A missed call gets a text back; an unknown caller becomes a lead
  • Chat on your own website that takes details and books calls
  • New leads found in the company registers and on Google Maps, looked up and drafted for you
  • Cold email only if you switch it on — a few true, personal notes a day, and it stops itself if nobody replies
  • LinkedIn messages and connections, approved by you first
  • A customer profile: who buys from you, agreed with you and kept current

Keep customers

So the ones you have stay, and send their friends.

  • Every happy customer asked for a review the day a job is won or paid, with your Google link
  • Google and Trustpilot reviews pulled in; a bad one reaches you the same day
  • Warm check-ins to clients every month, drafted for you or sent for you
  • A monthly account review per client: what they paid, what is slipping, one idea to grow
  • A customer portal link: invoices, bookings and documents without a login
  • Birthday and renewal emails that send themselves

Support customers

So nobody waits on you for an answer.

  • A member of staff on your Discord server, answering by name from your own knowledge
  • GitHub issues and discussions answered from your repositories and docs
  • WhatsApp Business, Messenger and texts in one inbox
  • A help desk with tickets, priorities and notes for your customers
  • When the answer is not known, the staff go and find out, then reply
  • Comments under your posts, spam filtered out

Marketing and content

So you are seen every week without writing a word.

  • Social posts written as you and designed in your brand, on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok and YouTube
  • Every post fact-checked against a source before it goes anywhere
  • A researched blog post, with lawful pictures, to WordPress, Shopify or Substack — daily if you want
  • A monthly newsletter to the mailing list your own website collects
  • Email campaigns with drag-and-drop templates and consent handled
  • Business cards, flyers, posters and Avery labels from your own details, print-ready
  • Video and images made and the real logo placed by code, never redrawn

Website, domain and hosting

So the site is never the thing you are embarrassed about.

  • Your domain and hosting ordered and set up, with business email
  • A website built for you — WordPress, React or plain pages — and hosted
  • An existing site managed: files read, changes proposed, applied on your yes, restored if wrong
  • WordPress cared for: health, backups, updates, speed, plugins, a banner when you need one
  • Shopify and Squarespace shops: products, stock, discounts, blog
  • Pages on your site updated every weekday from other websites — lender rates, prices, stock
  • A daily SEO check with the fixes made where it can, plus Google Business Profile

Office, documents and money

So the admin happens while you work.

  • Word documents, spreadsheets and slide decks written in your brand, with charts, as PDFs
  • Quotes, proposals and contracts, sent for e-signature
  • Invoices, bills, recurring invoices, credit notes; Xero, QuickBooks and Sage connected; VAT to HMRC
  • Bank transactions imported and reconciled; profit and loss and cashflow
  • A data analyst that opens your spreadsheets and answers questions in numbers
  • A daily risk watch: money that does not add up, Companies House changes, website security
  • Your inbox read and drafts ready — Gmail, Outlook or any mailbox

Meetings, calls and calendar

So the day runs itself.

  • Alex answers your phone number, takes messages and transfers calls
  • Video meetings in the app with your AI staff in the room; minutes and tasks emailed after
  • Webinars with a sign-up page that feeds your contacts
  • Public booking pages: one-to-one, services with prices, classes, round-robin
  • One calendar across everything, synced with Google; meetings booked by email land in it
  • Microsoft Teams events and chats

How the team works for you

So you stay in charge without doing the work.

  • Alex delegates to named staff with real roles; they report back through him
  • A Playbook on the office wall: the rules the team works to, yours to change, every change logged
  • One short list a day instead of a hundred questions; the team settles the small things
  • Automations from about seventy-five triggers: new lead, overdue invoice, no reply in a week, low review
  • A live KPI board and a monthly note in your own numbers
  • Standing duties: blog, reviews, leads, SEO, risk, promotion — set once, done every day

Ask for any of it in plain English — "Hey Alex, …" — and the right member of staff picks it up. See the features in detail →

Day one

We set it up with you on a call. Then it starts.

A short call with us, not an empty dashboard. We read your website, hire your team, agree the first result to aim at — and by the end of the first day the team is already working towards it.

  1. Alex asks one question

What one result would make the first week worth it — "my first enquiry answered the same day", "the site live", "a review on Google". Your words are saved and become the first job.

  2. Your enquiries are caught

Website forms, web chat, email and missed calls all land in one place, answered within minutes as your business, and handed to you with a booking link already offered.

  3. Your voice is learned

The team reads your website and the way you talk to customers. Posts, replies and emails are written as you — never as a brand page.

  4. The trial is judged on that result

If your first win has not happened by day 6, the trial extends itself and a person at IntelligentWolf is told. You are never charged before the result.

Every enquiry

Answered within minutes, every time.

Answer inside five minutes and an enquiry is many times more likely to become a customer than one answered in half an hour. So that is what the team does — day or night.

  1. An enquiry arrives

A form on your site, your web chat, an email, or a call you could not take.

  2. Answered within minutes

A short, plain reply goes out as your business: thanks, who will come back and when, a time they can book now, your number. A missed call gets a text back.

  3. Handed to you, warm

The lead is in your Contacts with everything they said, and your sales person drafts the fuller reply for you to send.

  4. Booked, not lost

If they pick a time, it is in your calendar. If they reply, the reply lands in your inbox, not a bot's.

Your business, not ours every reply is sent as you, from your address, in your words

Reviews and referrals

Every happy customer asked, the day it happens.

Reviews are how people — and now the AI assistants they ask — choose a business. Most customers would write one; almost nobody asks them.

  1. A job is won or an invoice is paid

The moment of value — the one moment people actually leave a review.

  2. They are asked, once, the same day

A short note as you, by email and by text, with the link to your Google listing. Never twice in ninety days.

  3. Every review gets an answer

Google and Trustpilot reviews come in by themselves; a bad one reaches you the same day.

The same note ends with one line asking for an introduction to another business like theirs — the best source of new customers every small-business owner names.

Your voice

Your words, not AI slop.

Half of younger readers have muted a brand for machine-written posts. Yours will not read like one.

  1. Posts written as you

First person, a real detail from your week, plain words. A post any business could have written is rewritten until only yours could have.

  2. Your own profile first

People follow people, not brand pages. Where you connect your own LinkedIn or Facebook profile, that is where the post goes first.

  3. Your blog and WordPress, cared for

Researched posts with pictures, published once you have said yes; health checks, backups, plugin updates and speed fixes done quietly.

Your time

One short list a day. Not a hundred questions.

An assistant that asks you about everything is worse than none. Money, deletions and anything legal still wait for you; the rest gets done.

  1. The team decides the small things

Which picture, which page, what time — settled by your staff with sensible defaults, and reported to you afterwards.

  2. You get one short list a day

Urgent first, then what is waiting to go out, then the few questions only you can answer. Approve it in minutes, on your phone.

  3. Nothing nags for ever

A question the team can settle is settled after two days; anything unanswered for a week is put away and you are told what was.

Your money

You see what it earned you. Every month.

The commonest reason owners leave a tool is not price. It is "I don't know what it did". You will.

  1. A monthly note in your numbers

Enquiries answered, leads, won, money collected, reviews, posts, jobs finished — against the goals you set, with one suggestion for next month.

  2. The renewal, in the open

Before your plan renews you are told the date and asked whether anything is not earning its keep. Change it, pause it or stop — before the charge.

  3. A person who rings back

Cancel and you are asked why by a person, not a form. Reply to any email from us and a person answers.

Live in three steps.

A building on the street: your office, ready to work. Real product, demo data.Alex mid-conversation, asking before anything goes out. Real product, demo data.
  1. 1

Your business is set up and ready to work on the first day — a full office, not a blank canvas. (Inside the app, each business is called a floor.)

  2. 2

    Bring on your staff

Ask for the team you need — marketing, sales, admin, CRM and campaigns — and they get to work, with the floor showing you what’s underway.

  3. 3

    Ask Alex for anything else

“Build me a system for X.” It gets built, right there, with you — and nothing goes out until you say yes.

Meet the floor.

A team with a job each, directed by Alex. Every plan includes all of them — these are the floor's own wolves, as you see them at their desks.

  • Alex, Alex: the wolf this member of your team is drawn as on the floor

    Alex

    Your manager

Ask in plain English, typed or spoken. Alex decides who does what, and asks you before anything goes out.

Designs and writes your posts for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok and YouTube, and your blog. Nothing publishes until you say yes.

Admin — Quotes, invoices, who owes you

Quotes, invoices and who owes what, connected to Xero. Drafts the chase for late payers and waits for your yes.

  • Sam, CRM: the wolf this member of your team is drawn as on the floor

    Sam

CRM — Every customer in one place

Keeps every customer, enquiry and booking together, so nothing is lost overnight.

  • Theo, Campaigns: the wolf this member of your team is drawn as on the floor

    Theo

    Campaigns — Emails and promotions

Plans and drafts your emails and promotions, and shows you the plan first.

  • Isla, Accountant: the wolf this member of your team is drawn as on the floor

    Isla

Accountant — Bills, bank and VAT

Bills, bank transactions reconciled, profit and loss and cashflow; Xero, QuickBooks or Sage connected; VAT to HMRC.

  • Ruby, Researcher: the wolf this member of your team is drawn as on the floor

    Ruby

Researcher — Looks things up properly

Your market and competitors, a weekly research report as a branded PDF, and the knowledge base kept full.

  • Noah, Website editor: the wolf this member of your team is drawn as on the floor

    Noah

Website editor — Your site kept alive

WordPress health, backups, updates and speed; pages built and hosted; changes to any site made on your yes.

  • Zara, Graphic designer: the wolf this member of your team is drawn as on the floor

Who will you create? — Your own role

Name a role we do not have — "Hey Alex, hire me a …" — and it is made with its own brief and tools. Give it tasks, standing duties and automations, all from a sentence.

And any of these, hired in a sentence — "Hey Alex, hire me a bookkeeper" — each with its own tools:

Why IntelligentWolf

Not just a team. The tools, too.

  1. The tools and the team

Other AI assistants work inside the apps you already pay for. IntelligentWolf includes the apps: website builder, WordPress management, invoicing connected to Xero, CRM, design studio, social media scheduler and website chat. You do not need a stack of separate tools. You need one subscription.

  2. You approve everything

Many AI employees act on your behalf with minimal input from you. Your AI staff work under your approval. Nothing goes out without your yes: every post, every invoice, every reply, every lead email. You stay in control.

  3. One price, everything included

No per-tool pricing. No per-agent fees. No per-helper charges. One monthly price, every tool, every AI staff member, every floor. Other platforms charge per role or per seat. We charge per user, and every plan includes everything.

Real work

What it is doing this week, for real.

No invented customers or testimonials. Our own businesses and the work we can show.

Lender rates read and republished every weekday

For a mortgage broker's website, a member of staff reads 118 Santander and 99 Barclays rate rows each morning and updates the site's own pages — no copy-typing, no stale rates.

A WordPress blog kept alive

For UK Bitcoinblog, our own site: health checks, a backup first, plugin updates, caching, and researched posts with pictures, published once we said yes.

A stand staffed in a virtual world

In Wolf Territories, our own world, Alex stands on our stand as an avatar, answers visitors and takes their details for us.

How we compare

Other AI tools help with a job. We run the back office.

Using each company’s own published pricing page, checked on 21 October 2026. “Not listed” means their page does not list it, not that they could never do it.

The honest answers

Questions people actually ask.

Is it just an email answering service?
No. Answering enquiries is one job of dozens. The same team writes your blog and posts, keeps your website, domain and hosting, answers your Discord and WhatsApp, writes documents and decks, designs your cards and labels, does your invoices and chases who owes you, answers your phone and runs your calendar. See "Everything it does" above.
Who sets it up?
We do, with you, on the set-up call every plan includes — your website read, your team hired, the first result agreed. You do not need to be technical. The product itself is a 7-day trial, then a monthly plan.
Is my data mine?
Your floor is yours. Your private chats with your manager stay private by default — nothing is shared unless you say so.
Do I need to be technical?
No. It’s an open door. If you can say what you need, Alex can build it.
Is the assistant safe on the web?
Yes. It works in tabs you can see, and anything that would change something stops and shows you exactly what it will do first — sign-in, banking and payment pages are hard-blocked. You stay in control of what happens next.
What if I run more than one business?
Add a floor for each. One building, one login, one Alex across them all — ideal for consultants and agencies.
What happens when my Wolf Credits run out?
Your plan includes a monthly allowance of Wolf Credits. Nothing is bought for you: if you want more, you choose to top up with a one-off credit pack from Settings → Billing. Credits from a pack never expire.
Why do you need my card for a free trial?
Stripe takes your card on the next step to start your 7-day trial. Nothing is charged until day 7. Cancel before then in Settings → Billing and you pay nothing — and if the first result you asked for has not happened by day 6, the trial extends itself.
Does it send cold emails for me?
Not unless you ask. Cold email is off by default. If you switch it on, it writes to a few named people a week with one true thing about their business, never a template — and it pauses itself if fewer than one in a hundred reply, and tells you.
What if I don't answer its questions?
Then the team decides. A question your staff can settle is settled after two days with sensible defaults and you are told what they chose. Money, deletions and anything legal always wait for you.
Built by the founders

Ian and Paul built this because they needed it.

IntelligentWolf started from a plain frustration: running a business meant carrying ten tools and a blank chat box in your head. Ian and Paul built the thing they wanted for their own work — a real team that already knows the job, that you can just ask. We run our own businesses on it — Wolf Territories Grid, WolfStack, GarageMaster Online and UK Bitcoinblog. No invented customers or testimonials — just the real product, the real price, and the two of us standing behind it.

Try it on your business, free for 7 days.

Choose your plan, add your card, and your floor opens straight away. Nothing is charged until day 7.
