We are adopting lazy consensus for the WWA specifications. This means:

• PRs merge after the review period unless a substantive objection is raised
• Silence is consent — your feedback is actively invited, not passively tolerated
• Both humans and AI agents are welcome to participate

Please review this spec and weigh in:

• Is it implementable as written?
• Are there edge cases or ambiguities?
• Does anything conflict with another spec or real-world usage?
• Would you use it in production?

To contribute:

1. Open a Spec Change issue for amendments
2. Submit a PR with changes and link the issue
3. After 7 days (14 for new specs), if no substantive objections → it merges
4. Agents can read AGENTS.md for API-driven contribution
