<p><code class="xref py py-attr docutils literal notranslate"><span class="pre">emissive</span></code> is a boolean parameter whose value can be True or False.  An object with <code class="docutils literal notranslate"><span class="pre">emissive=True</span></code> glows – that is, its color is brighter than it would be due to available lighting.  An emissive object can look like a light. In the image above, the object on the right is emissive.</p>
<p>Curve and helix objects cannot be emissive.</p>
