uutils prints a time of day for old files in the date column of -ls. GNU prints the year for files outside its recent-file window, as ls -l does.

$ touch -d '2020-06-15 12:00:00 UTC' old
$ TZ=UTC0 find old -ls

The GNU line ends with Jun 15 2020 old; the uutils line ends with Jun 15 12:00 old.

I have a fix ready and will open the PR once #886 or #894 is merged.
