  1. Add Unsloth prebuilt build, packaging and validation scripts

stamp_source.sh bakes the resolved upstream commit into --version for a
tree without .git. build_unix.sh builds one Linux/macOS flavour
(cpu, cpu-portable, vulkan, lean cuda, metal) with static eSpeak-ng.
package_bundle.py curates a bundle, the Windows cudart zip and the
manifest + sha256 index; validate_bundle.py gates layout, branding,
closure (no NCCL, lean CUDA, glibc floor) and a Kokoro TTS to Moonshine
STT round trip through the HTTP server.

  2. Add Unsloth audio.cpp prebuilt release workflows

unsloth-prebuilt.yml resolves an upstream 0xShug0/audio.cpp tag to a
commit, uploads one stamped source tarball, builds every bundle through
unsloth-prebuilt-build.yml, gates on the Unsloth fingerprint and the
required asset set, and publishes draft first. Windows binaries are
Authenticode-signed with the same action as unslothai/whisper.cpp.

  1. Publish audio.cpp prebuilts automatically, like whisper.cpp

    Add a daily schedule (22:41 UTC) and a llama-published repository_dispatch
wake-up to the release orchestrator. Both resolve the newest non-draft,
non-prerelease 0xShug0/audio.cpp release that has been public for at least
min_age_hours (default 6). If that upstream tag already has a published
<tag>-unsloth.<N> release the run is a no-op; otherwise it builds, gates and
publishes <tag>-unsloth.1, always with signed Windows binaries. The dispatch
payload is never read, and there is no llama.cpp ggml pairing because every
bundle carries audio.cpp's own patched ggml.

Manual dispatch keeps its inputs: upstream_tag now defaults to latest and a
blank packaging_suffix means the newest published unsloth.N (else unsloth.1),
so an explicit upstream_tag plus packaging_suffix builds exactly as before.
Automatic runs share one concurrency group with cancel-in-progress; resolve,
assemble and the new alert job run on ubuntu-22.04-arm.

Port whisper.cpp's retry workflow (also skipping runs superseded by a newer
automatic run), a dead-man check that alerts when the newest aged upstream
release stays unpublished for 36 hours, and the prebuilt-alert action, and
document the scheduling in the README.
