Hi!
My suggestion is adding functional which will insert Note for Client.
In my company I develop script which handle anomalies.
And for every client would like to see and edit information in Note:

• Number of ticket for support
• or Exception, if user exclude from monitoring
• or name of nout's AP
• and other
