Tested on linux and windows. ### A specific URL where the issue occurs e.g. https://github.com/laurent22/joplin (not logged in) ### Steps to Reproduce 1. Go the the webpage (default 1st-party enabled rules on) = High cpu usage. 2. Enable script for github.githubassets.com 3.
