py(deps) libtmux 0.61.0 -> 0.62.0
why: Pick up libtmux 0.62.0, which adds from_env() self-location,
Window.linked_sessions, and tmux-accurate resolution of windows linked
into several sessions. It also makes the query errors subclass
LibTmuxException, a breaking change for code that catches the base
class first. tmuxp has no such handler, and its suite, mypy, and ruff
pass against 0.62.0.

- Bump libtmux ~=0.61.0 -> ~=0.62.0 in pyproject.toml
- Update uv.lock to libtmux 0.62.0 from PyPI
libtmux 0.62.0 (2026-07-12):
- Pane, Window, Session, and Server gain from_env() (#714)
- Window.linked_sessions lists every session holding a window (#718)
- from_window_id(), from_pane_id(), and refresh() let tmux resolve
linked windows (#713, #718)
- ObjectDoesNotExist and MultipleObjectsReturned now subclass
LibTmuxException (#718)
