Lock the mark: palette decision and contrast harness #133

Open

Description

@avelino

ADR-0040 (the mark is a cut zero drawn as geometry) carries 'Lock: none — debt' and its revisit names the single trigger: 'When the palette is decided... colour can break a shape that works in black — a thin cut between two mid-tone fills has far less contrast than the same cut in black on white.'

Acceptance: The palette is decided through design/tokens.toml and the token-check path; a named harness fails when the cut's contrast drops below the decided floor on any decided background; ADR-0040's Lock line names it.
