In the absence of a full contribution guide during the alpha period of the SDK, we have the "Development" section of the README at https://github.com/temporalio/sdk-ruby?tab=readme-ov-file#development that can give pointers on building (though I see it currently says 3.1 Ruby when we now require 3.2, will fix). Looking at the CI runs can also help.
