[python] Support conflict token retry loop for schedule updates #1367
I’d like to work on this. My understanding is that ScheduleHandle.update() currently performs a describe/callback/update flow but does not send the schedule conflict token or retry when the server rejects an update because that token is stale. I’d like to add the conflict token to the update request and make the update path re-describe + re-run the updater on a mismatched-token response, with focused tests for a concurrent update race. I’ll keep the change scoped to schedule updates and include a changelog fragment if this is user-facing. Happy to adjust the approach if there’s a preferred retry/error shape.

We are not accepting work on this at the moment. There is pending server work which is required beforehand.
