Hi team, hoping someone from Supabase or the community can help quickly — our production
database is down and we're losing customer-facing functionality.
Setup:

Problem:
Project appears paused / unreachable. Table Editor shows:
▎ Failed to load schemas — Connection terminated due to connection timeout
▎ Failed to load tables — Connection terminated due to connection timeout
I believe we exceeded the 250GB egress quota this cycle.

mid-cycle to restore service?
This is production — any Supabase team member who can expedite would be hugely appreciated.
I've also opened a support ticket from the dashboard.
