stacktale CLI: read/tail errors-ai.log from the terminal (aids discovery) #71

Open

Description

@GabrielBBaldez

A small standalone CLI so reports are consumable without an IDE or the MCP server — and a zero-friction discovery path (relates to #61).

Ideas: `stacktale tail` (follow new reports live, like tail -f but per st/1 block), `stacktale last [n]` (the most recent report(s)), `stacktale show `, `stacktale find <exception|stack>` (fingerprint match, shared with the MCP #67/#68 work). Should auto-detect `errors-ai.log` in the project root. Distribute as a native-image binary (the pipeline is already GraalVM-ready, #45) or a thin jar. Doubles as the "point your terminal/agent here" onboarding story.
