I'm Ahmad Adi, a Berlin-based applied AI engineer and technical instructor. I created Planning with Files to give coding agents a durable record of the task, findings and progress, so useful work can continue when a conversation resets.

Planning with Files has 27,558 GitHub stars as of 21 October 2026. Its skill family shows 102.4K installation events on Skills.sh, and ClawHub shows 45.4K all-time downloads. These are separate registry event counts, not a count of unique users.

Sponsorship supports the work behind those numbers: investigating reproducible bugs, reviewing contributions, checking compatibility across agent tools and operating systems, and keeping recovery behaviour and documentation accurate. The project has 103 merged pull requests and 164 closed issues, excluding pull requests, in the same dated snapshot.

My day-to-day work also includes enterprise AI systems, and I have taught more than 10,000 hours of software development. I bring that experience to practical explanations, examples and tools that help people inspect and evaluate what their agents do.
