  1. feat(gemini): add fs2, zio, pekko and akka streaming extensions 

    Mirrors the existing Claude streaming extensions to provide
createStreamedInteraction on GeminiClient for each effect system,
parsing SSE frames into InteractionStreamEvent and wrapping
deserialization failures in GeminiException.DeserializationGeminiException.

GeminiAgentIntegrationSpec (agent loop, extending AgentIntegrationSpecBase),

run-integration-tests.sh alongside a GEMINI_API_KEY guard.
