i have a problem that when i do apt-get update the connection is very slow and when it finished .... i do apt-get upgrade .... in the first the connection was normal with 493 kb/s after in a moment the connection slow down .... and i close the terminal and open it again and write apt-get upgrade --fix-missing and the connection go normal ... and after a moment again it stuck ... well i try harder and finally i get the upgrade .... but the problem now when i want to dist-upgrade it go slow very slow about 100 Pb/s -_-
