Prevent mismatched user token usage

### Description

Include a 'Strict Mode' when configuring the personal token to ensure that no API calls are unintentionally made from another user's token.

Right now, there's a just warning message displayed in the user menu:

Your Refined GitHub Token is for a different user, the extension will act on behalf of ____.
```
