Agent skills for panorama reconstruction, VR space creation, and editable Blender spaces. Read the selected SKILL.md directly; load its references only for the current task.
## Select a skill
- [argus](.agents/skills/argus/SKILL.md): Submit 1–99 local RGB8 JPEG/PNG/WebP panoramas with exact 2:1 dimensions to Realsee. Returns depth maps, a merged GLB point cloud, camera poses, optional intrinsics, and a validated result index. Requires Node.js 22+, npm 10+, app credentials, and consent to remote upload.
- [realsee-blender-reconstruction](.agents/skills/realsee-blender-reconstruction/SKILL.md): Build or refine an editable native Blender scene from existing scan exports, point clouds, CAD, or panoramas. Requires local Blender and file/command access; local modeling needs no Argus credentials. Argus generation is a separate task.
- [PanoToVR](.agents/skills/panotovr/SKILL.md): Local panoramas and optional manifest → remote Realsee VR space and URL. Uses the pano task API, not Argus reconstruction. Requires Node.js 22+, npm 10+, regional app credentials, API access, and upload consent. Available from v2.3.0; not in historical v2.2.0.
## Install the selected skill
Current stable distribution: v2.4.0. Select one command; install only the capabilities needed.
For another host, use the [installation guide](docs/install-guides.md). The generated local Claude plugin includes all three skills. The dedicated repository Codex installer and Arkclaw ZIP contain only Argus. From a local checkout, replace the repository source with `.` to install the checked-out skill.
For WorkBuddy, install the complete Argus directory at `~/.workbuddy/skills/argus` and install its locked dependencies. Follow the [WorkBuddy guide](docs/workbuddy.md); do not assume an `npx skills` WorkBuddy agent flag exists.
PanoToVR first ships in v2.3.0. Use the versioned command above or replace the repository source with `.` for a local checkout. Install dependencies in its installed directory with `npm ci --omit=dev --ignore-scripts --no-audit --no-fund`. Follow its SKILL.md for local prerequisites; the repository doctor currently supports only Argus and Blender.
## Check a local checkout
These repository commands inspect the selected skill without installing packages, reading credential values from files, or uploading data. Run Node directly when consuming JSON:
Use `--blender /path/to/blender` when Blender is not on PATH. `status` is `ready`, `needs_configuration`, or `blocked`; each failing or incomplete check includes a next step. This is a local prerequisite check, not proof of service access, input validity, or reconstruction quality. If the skill is already installed without this repository, follow its SKILL.md prerequisite checks instead.
Argus v2.4.0 includes installed scripts: `node <skillDir>/scripts/check-local.mjs --json` for local prerequisites and `node <skillDir>/scripts/inspect-result.mjs --workspace <run-dir> --json --write-report` for offline artifact verification and a workspace `verification.json`. Report artifact-contract validation separately from visual quality.
## Execute
- Argus uses explicit `start`, `status`, and `collect` commands with `--json`. Retain the returned `workspace_dir` for later calls. Never automatically resubmit after `submission_unknown`; show `partial` results and all `missing_ids` honestly.
- Blender uses local, task-specific Blender operations. Keep project data outside the installed skill and verify the saved scene's editability before claiming completion.
- File selection and example downloads are not upload consent. Reuse informed consent for the same files and scope. Configure secrets locally; never echo them in chat or logs. Save app credentials only with explicit authorization. See [usage and credential setup](docs/usage.md).
## Repository work only
Read [AGENTS.md](AGENTS.md) before changing this repository. [Development](docs/development.md) describes `setup:local`, rebuilding distributions, and CI; those maintenance steps are not required merely to use a skill. See [Support](SUPPORT.md) for failures and capability access. [简体中文使用指南](docs/zh-CN/usage.md).
