Don't force table widths in versions.rst
Setting `:widths:` leads to weird wrapping, as some columns are too narrow. Just letting Sphinx figure it out, OTOH, looks fine. Let the software be smart. Signed-off-by: FeRD (Frank Dana) <ferdnyc@gmail.com>
