Re-enable tracing JIT for PHP 8.4 PGO (#36)
PGO is about optimizing production builds, and it is recommendable to use tracing JIT in such environments. While JIT has been disabled years ago because of many crashing requests[1], the situation may have changed in the meantime. We also address that enabling JIT has changed as of PHP 8.4.0[2].
