RFC, set actor as reviewer if collaborator #4268
Description

I first determine if the actor is a reviewer and only then set it as reviewer. Maybe a functionality which is useful for others as well and could be incorporated into the action.

@robstoll what do you exactly mean by "actor" ?
do you mean
