Hi @Sredeemer, sorry about the wait. Other community members can't see or change the status of a suspended account, so this has to be resolved by GitHub Support. A few things that can help move it along:

1. Reply on your existing tickets instead of opening new ones. Duplicate tickets for the same account can be merged or closed and may push you back in the queue. If one of your tickets has been closed, reply to that thread or reference both ticket IDs in a single follow-up.
2. Check that support can actually reach you. Support replies go to the email address on the ticket. Look in your spam and promotions folders for anything from GitHub Support, and make sure the ticket was sent from an email address that is verified on the suspended account (@oMarquess). Support has to confirm you own the account before discussing it, and tickets sent from an unrelated address are often held up at that step.
3. Use the appeal option and keep it short and factual. In the contact form, choose the appeal/reinstatement category rather than a general account question. Include the username, both ticket numbers, the date you noticed the suspension, and anything you know about what could have triggered it (for example, sudden automated activity, API use, or a login from a new location). Avoid emotional wording, since a calm and specific message is easier for staff to act on.
4. Don't create a new account to work around it. Evading a suspension can get new accounts flagged too and can make the original appeal harder.
